PHC Expo San Diego 2019 Sessions

This is a one-hour employee training compliant to new California Law SB 1343, which requires any employer with 5+ employees to provide Harassment Training to their workforce by January 2020. Employees learn about incivility, harassment, discrimination and retaliation in the workplace and how to manage these behaviors as a social situation everyone is responsible for stopping. Employees also learn and role play about stepping in when witnessing all levels of unwelcome behavior. Supervisors attend with employees during this session, and remain for one additional hour. Proof of completion provided to each attendee at end of session. Fee required.
